SELLING QUESTIONS

A clear starting point.

Will Oceanflame buy every whisky submitted?

No. Each submission is reviewed for suitability, authenticity, condition, ownership and current demand. We may request additional evidence before deciding whether to make an offer.

Can I sell a cask?

Yes, you can submit cask details. We will need to verify ownership and the warehouse's transfer process, along with spirit records, charges and any restrictions before agreeing a purchase.

How will payment and collection work?

If an offer is agreed, payment timing, collection or delivery, any charges and the point of ownership transfer will be confirmed in writing before proceeding.

Should I send my whisky now?

Please do not ship bottles or instruct a cask transfer until Oceanflame has confirmed arrangements in writing.
