What you share

We collect your name, mobile number and email address when you request a brochure or make an enquiry, together with the date, your consent confirmation and email delivery status. For enquiries, we also collect your selected interest and the message you submit.

How we use it

Oceanflame Ltd uses these details to provide the brochure, acknowledge and respond to your enquiry, and contact you about your request. Submitting either form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing messages.

Website and email services

Request records are stored in the website's hosted database. Our email delivery provider, Resend, sends the brochure and acknowledgements. Brochure emails include your name and email address. Enquiry notifications sent to info@oceanflame.com include your name, mobile number, email, selected interest and message, so the team can respond.

Retention and protection

Brochure and enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months and removed by routine cleanup when requests are processed. Records are not publicly listed. We also keep short-lived request counters derived from an IP address to limit automated abuse; this database does not store the raw IP address.

Your choices

You can ask Oceanflame to correct or delete your brochure or enquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you about it. Email info@oceanflame.com, or reply to the brochure or enquiry confirmation email to make a request.
